Ans: verbal communication includes sound, words, language and
speech. It is the types of communication in which we share thoughts and ideas
by using words.
(वर्बल कम्यूनिकेशन मे ध्वनि, शब्द, भाषा और वाक्य आदि आते है। यह संचार का प्रकार है जिसमें हम शब्दों का प्रयोग करके विचारों और योजनाओं को
शेयर करते हैं। )
Q.2 What are main types of verbal communication?
(वर्बल कम्यूनिकेशन/शाब्दिक संचार के मुख्य प्रकार/रूप क्या हैं?)
Ans: (1) Interpersonal communication: - This form of
communication takes place between two individuals. It can be formal or informal.
(परस्पर संवाद :- इस प्रकार का संचार दो व्यक्तियों के बीच में होता हैं यह औपचारिक या अनौपचारिक दोनों प्रकार का
हो सकता है।)
(2) Written Communication: - This form of communication involves
writing words. It can be letters, circulars, manuals, social media, chats etc. It can be between two or more peoples.
( लिखित संचार :- इस प्रकार के संचार में लिखे शब्द सम्मिलित होते हैं। इसमें पत्र, परिपत्र, नियमावली, सोशल मीडिया, बात करना आदि आते हैं। यह दो या दो से अधिक व्यक्तियों के मध्य हो सकती है।)
(3) Small group communication: - In these types of
communication more than two peoples involved. Each participant can interact and
convince with the rest for examples: Press conference, board or team meeting
etc.
(इस प्रकार के संचार में दो से अधिक व्यक्ति सम्मिलित होते हैं। प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी अन्य सभी से बातचीत
कर सकता है। उदाहरण के लिए – प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस,
बोर्ड या टीम मीटिंग आदि।)
(4) Public communication:- In this type of communication , one individual address a large gathering . For example:- Election Campaign, Religious Sermon etc.
जन संचार :- इस प्रकार के संचार में एक व्यक्ति बड़ी सभा को संबोधित करता है। उदाहरण के लिए :- चुनाव अभियान, धार्मिक उपदेश इत्यादि।

the advantage of verbal communication? (वर्बल कम्यूनिकेशन/शाब्दिक संवाद का क्या लाभ है?)
I. Ans. It is an easy mode of communication and we can get quick response.

We can change our interaction as per the other person response.

Ans. In these types
of communication if right words are not used meanings can be confusing and
difficult to understand. (इस प्रकार के संवाद
में अगर सही शब्द न प्रयोग किए जाएं तो उनका अर्थ भ्रामक हो सकता है और समझने में मुश्किल
हो सकता है।)
